Clinical hypnosis is nothing like what you see in the movies, on television or on a stage show. It is not sleep and it is not mind control. You can not be hypnotised to do something that is not congruent with your principles, values and morals. I cannot hypnotise you and force you to bark like a chicken if that is something you do not want to do.

What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a process to bypass the conscious mind so information and suggestions can be fed directly into the subconscious mind without any interference from the conscious mind.
